Economics Department offers undergraduate courses in Economics. The Department organizes seminars, workshops, social outreaching programmes and student development activities. The department of Economics has a good collection of books and subscribes around ten journals. To promote innovative teaching methodology, students are given exposure to computer based skills. The students are involved in socio-economic surveys along with the project work.
